By booking our services or communicating with us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, accessing the booking system, or scheduling any cleaning service, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you must not use our services.

2. Services and Booking

Description of Services

JVS Home Cleaning Services provides professional residential cleaning services, including recurring cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and apartment/condo cleaning within Houston, Texas and surrounding areas. The scope of each service is defined on the booking form and may be subject to limitations.

Booking Confirmation

All bookings are confirmed via email and/or SMS. A booking is only guaranteed once you receive a confirmation message from us.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.
• Late cancellations (under 24 hours) may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
• We reserve the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather or staff unavailability.

3. Payment

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated during booking. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

By providing payment information, you authorize JVS Home Cleaning Services to charge the agreed amount for services rendered.

4. SMS Text Messaging

By providing your mobile phone number and booking our services, you consent to receive SMS messages from JVS Home Cleaning related to your appointments and services.

Types of Messages

• Booking confirmations and appointment reminders
• Crew dispatch and arrival notifications
• Post-service follow-ups and review requests
• Promotional offers (only if you have explicitly opted in)

Opt-Out and Opt-In

• To opt out: Reply STOP to any SMS message at any time.
• To re-subscribe: Reply START at any time.
• For help: Reply HELP or email bookings@jvshomecleaning.com.
• Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply.

5. Liability

JVS Home Cleaning carries general liability insurance. In the event of damage to your property caused by our staff, please notify us within 24 hours. Our liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided.

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, items improperly secured, or damage caused by following the client's specific instructions.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Provide safe and accessible access to the property at the scheduled time.
• Secure or remove fragile, valuable, or irreplaceable items before our team arrives.
• Inform us of any pets, allergies, or special instructions in advance.
• Ensure a safe working environment for our cleaning staff.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will make it right at no additional charge.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of JVS Home Cleaning Services LLC and may not be used without our written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
